Construction | Plug n' Play
The construction sequence used to build our house was based largely on a Structure-Frame-Panel system. The main structure of our houses is hot-rolled steel, which facilitates flexibility of the placement and size of window openings and Pods along the Core. Following this stage is an infill of this structure with modular light gauge steel frames. The panel, air barrier and insulation are provided by the 4-inch thick Centria Versawall™ panels, which are manufactured in the same modular dimension as the steel frames.
