If you would like to work with refugee children, here is the information about clearances, as mandated by the state:

1. The Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Form (CY-113) can be downloaded here. (It has to be mailed in and can take up to a month, so do this first): Then hand it to a FORGE officer, and you should receive the clearance at the address you put on the form

2. The Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) can be done online at: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp
