Aleyamma Alexander, Ph.D.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Carnegie Mellon University, working in the Microsystems and Mechanobiology Lab. My doctoral research focused on neodymium-based nanocarriers that are functionalized with folate and cyclodextrin, and are effective in breast cancer treatment.

Current Projects

Currently analyzing how DNA nanostructures play a role in targeted delivery for therapy.
