Programming Languages

2. The main reason why there are many programming languages out there is that different problems require different tools to solve them. Each programming language has certain features and characteristics that make it suitable for specific tasks. - Code Camp

3. Using python is slower than using other compiled languages.

4. I think the first thing you'd need to do when creating a new programming language is defining what certain words and functions do in this language. For examples, word such as break, or range have certain purposes that will need to be laid out in the interpreter so that the code can function the way it should be.
