Mission Statement

To tap into the vast resources of the Carnegie Mellon community, and to work in conjunction with the Rotary International—one of the world’s most prominent non-profit service organizations—in weaving together a network of students, faculties, and business leaders with the common goal of the betterment of society and the world in which we live.

Objective- To charter a Rotaract Club at the Carnegie Mellon University campus, organized and operated by students, supervised by faculty and staff members, and sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Western PA.

"Of the things we think, say or do
Is it the Truth?
Is it Fair to all concerned?
Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?"
These questions, asked by the Rotary’s “Four-Way Test”,
displays the fundamentals of the Rotary International and is
the basis for living an ethical life.
