Mission Statement
To tap into the vast resources of the Carnegie
Mellon community, and to work in conjunction with the Rotary
Internationalone of the worlds most prominent
non-profit service organizationsin weaving together
a network of students, faculties, and business leaders with
the common goal of the betterment of society and the world
in which we live.
Objective- To charter a Rotaract Club at the Carnegie Mellon
University campus, organized and operated by students, supervised
by faculty and staff members, and sponsored by the Rotary
Clubs of Western PA.
"Of the things we think, say or do
Is it the Truth?
Is it Fair to all concerned?
Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?"
These questions, asked by the Rotarys Four-Way
Test,
displays the fundamentals of the Rotary International and
is
the basis for living an ethical life.
