We implement a edge-collaps based algorithm to achieve the mesh simplify algorithm. The algorithm we implement is on "" this paper. The picture show how we lower the number of polygons of this pig model with feature preserving. The shape of thsi model keep the same. We also compute the texture coordinat of this model considering the distortion of the texture. |
