This is Wei Tang's homepage. My name, Wei, in Chinese should be pronouced as the same as "way" in English. If you call me "we", that doesn't bother me, but it may sound like a grammar mistake when you say "We is a nice guy. Sure, he is.
I I was born in a small town in Hunan province of China, PRC. Hunan is in the middle-south of China. You may not know this province, but you probably know the first leader of China, PRC, Mao Zedong, who is also from Hunan. I went to Shanghai Jiao Tong University for college study in 1996 and got my Bachelor and Master degrees. Later in 2003, I came to Pittsburgh and joined Prof. Majyaszewski's group and started the life of ATRP (atom transfer radical polymerization), till now.
So now I'm a Ph.D candidate in the Department of Chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University. Feel free to look around this website and know more about me. |
