The last class at the Gates Center

In the last class, the most noticeable change was the large steel truss placed on the conrete walls. Also, the level above the parking lot was almost completely finished. Although it was a rainy day, I like the day of the last class. I will compare the Gates Center in the late August with its image in my head from this day.

The large steel member - The thickness of the steel piece was roughly two inches, and the size of the steel products implies how big the building is and how many people are going to use this building.

Memorable things from the site on the last day

The pipes on concrete - who said there is not anything cute at the construction site? this is a parti of mickey mouse.

The defect - most of our class remebered the day when the pump broke. The defect of the concrete wall reminds that day.

The peculiar rebar - this looks cool, but I do not how or where this is used.
