WALL-E

WALL-E
(Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class)

WALL-E is a small robot designed to compact trash left behind after the human race polluted the heck outta planet Earth. Its able to sense its environment through a pair of camera lenses giving it the ability to see in stereo. It also has a microphone and is able to interpreve very high-level language. It pressumably has presure sensors on its two arms due to its ability to fine focus the pressure that he applies with them. He is equipped with a very advance route-planning algorithm. Depending on which areas it deems need to be freed of trash, it selectively compacts the trash (keeping some for his own purposes) and then groups all of these compacted elements into large trash-based structures.

Rovio

Rovio

Rovio is a small remotely controlled robot that is produced by Wowee. It senses its environment with a single webcam mounted on its movable arm. It also contains one forward mounted IR for obstacle avoidance and a North Star sensor which detects a set of ceiling-projected IR beams from its charging base. Its planning is comprised of human remote operation and simple autonomous operation by using its IR sensor as well as to guide itself to its charging station using the North Star sensor. It moves through its three wheels that enable it to move in any direction.
