How can the emerging dynamics of e-commerce be supported within a physical retail shopping experience? In this team project, we created 'Urbia,' a modern home furnishing store, which facilitates the customer's personal experience within a communal environment by providing various interaction devices for personalized service both in the physical store and the online store.
