Hello! My name is Soo-Haeng Cho. I am the IBM Professor of Operations Management and Strategy at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to joining the Tepper School in 2008, I earned my Ph.D. in the Decisions, Operations and Technology Management area from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2008, M.S. from the department of Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2001, and B.S. from the division of Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University in 1999. Before pursuing my academic career, I also worked in full time for Arthur D. Little as a management consultant between 2001 and 2003, for Ford Motor Company in Summer 2000, and for U.S. Army between 1996 and 1998.
