Description
This is a great game which can be played by 5-11 players. It is a lot of fun, teaching focus, rythm, and listening. The premis of the game is focus passing through call and response. All the players stand in a circle. One player is named "Big Booty". Then, the remaining players count off numbers starting a 1, going clockwise from "Big Booty". Then the game starts, with all the players chanting together:
- "Awww Yeah, Big Booty Big Booty, Big Booty"
Once this chant is, well, chanted, "big booty" has the focus. To pass the focus, one must say their own number, then another player's number. The whole phrase "big booty" counts as a number. A player is out if they mess up by saying a number that doesn't exist, saying things out of tempo, or talking when it isnt their turn. When a player is out, he or she moves to the end of the line, and everyone shifts down and gets a new number based on their position relative to big booty.
ALL: "Awww Yeah, Big Booty Big Booty, Big Booty"
BB: "Big booty number 2"
2: "Number 2 number 4"
4: "Number 4 number 1"
1: "Number 1 big booty"
BB: "Big booty number 3"
etc.
Variations
Add 2 more possible players to the max (13). The 2nd to last player in the line is "little titty", and the last player in the circle is "big shitty". To play this variation, the player count should be 7-13.
