Bill Gripp has suggested modeling this using an MDC RS-3. He believes it is a phase Ia shell like the Atlas and Stewart. I have not yet seen one. The major problem with the Atlas is that the battery boxes need to be removed and "sheet metal" work done to fill the voids. The MDC RS-3 has completely separate boxes which make them easy to delete. And he intends to use the excess boxes to update some CNJ RS-3s to include the headend lighting boxes these had next to the cab on the long hood side and next to the radiator.
