I joined Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz School (now
College)
in 1999.
My responsibilities include overseeing the technical support of
laptop
computer use by students and support of system
project rooms. Prior to joining Carnegie Mellon, I had
over 12
years experience as Technical Support Representative and
Operations
Manager for Single Source Computers. I have a B.S./B.A.
degree in
Business Information Systems from Robert Morris University and a
MBA
from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am also a
Notary Public.
