I am a 5th year PhD candidate in the Electrical & Computer Engineering department at Carnegie Mellon University.
My main research areas are machine learning and context-aware mobile computing with a special focus on modeling mobile user behavior for anomaly detection and behavior prediction. I am being advised by professors Martin Griss & Anind K. Dey. At present I am based in the Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley campus, located on the NASA Ames Research Park.
I graduated, in 2008, from the University of Peradeniya at the top of my class with a Bachelor of the Science of Engineering degree, specializing in computer engineering. My primary and secondary education is from Trinity College, Kandy.
A copy of my curriculum-vitae is available here.
