Brief Professional Biography
Ryan Hallahan is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Engineering & Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. His broad research interests are in spectrum management and wireless telecommunications policy. His dissertation will be focused on methods and proposals for improving public safety wireless communication systems in the United States. He has a M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
