Galbraith's "Aeolian Muses" is an attractive piece, opening with lonely interweaving woodwind melodies over the piano's modal – aeolian, one assumes – block chords, and proceeding through increasingly active dance-like sections to a kind of delirious burlesque conclusion. — San Antonio News
