1- File systems among group of people to know where the things are to find the things easily.
2- To have a less call duration stay standing up , like an exercise, and do not sit until you finish the call.
3- If you want to talk to someone, call him directly before lunch or before the end of the day.
4- Time management makes you really start to look through a crystalline lens and figure out what is important and what is not.
5- Key balance: doing things in the last minute is much more expensive than doing it before.
