I recently graduated from the joint CMU-Pitt PhD Program in Computational Biology, in March 2015. I am currently seeking research positions in Academia as well as industry. I am looking for oppotunities as postdoctoral research fellow, data scientist, bioinformatician, machine learning researcher or developer.

I have solid background in Comparative Genomics, Molecular Evolution, Phylogenomics, Machine Learning, Algorithm Design, Data Science, and Software Development. I am also familiar with Natural Language Processing, Social Network Analysis, and Human Genetics and Molecular Anthropology
