- I am currently a first year student in Joint CMU-Pitt Phd Program in Computational Biology.
- I comes from Shanghai, China, where I was born and had my pre-college education. I obtained my B.Sc degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with major in Molecular Biotechnology and minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. During the undergraduate study, I developed a strong interest towards the inter-disciplinary study of computational life sciences. I'm also deeply interested in theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence.
- Before transfered to Pittsburgh, I studied at UNC-Charlotte as a PhD student in Information Technology (Bioinformatics Track)
- My current research focus is: how to finish the Machine Learning homeworks on time.
