Saludos! I am an Assistant Professor at the Ray and Stephanie Lane Computational Biology Department in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Prior to that, I was a Lane Fellow under the guidance of Professors Ziv Bar-Joseph and Robert F. Murphy. I received my doctoral degree in Computer Science at Indiana University, under the supervision of Professor Predrag Radivojac.

My research group develops the next generation of computational approaches to accelerate biomedical knowledge discovery through automated and autonomous science. Download my curriculum vitae in pdf format (last updated on 11/29/2023).
