    Big data has very large volume, velocity, and variety, and is hard to analyze using traditional analysis methods.

    Using computer services that are from remote devices through internet.

  3. Is cloud computing a novel technology per se or an amalgamation of several traditional technologies?

    It is an amalgamation in the sense of computing technology. It is a novel one because of the way of managing connection requests and other newly emerged challenges.

  4. What are the 3 major cloud computing service models?

    IaaS (infrastructure as a service), PaaS (platform as a service), SaaS (software as a service).

  5. Name at least 3 real-life problems that cloud computing can help solve them.

    Cloud gaming. Intensive AI training. Remote access to supercomputer for big data analysis.

  6. What is the econoic/business model of cloud computing?

    It is on-demand: pay as you use them (like lending the machines) and minimize the waste by disabling unactive machines.
