ABOUT ME: If you're really interested in knowing more...

I was born in China and moved here when I was five years old. I am an only child, now living in Queens, NYC (when I'm not in school of course) with my mom and my stepdad. I’m generally really easy to get along with since I hardly ever hold grudges. It is actually REALLY hard to get me annoyed, most likely from the need to endure my parents for so long. I also tend to joke around a lot, sometimes a bit too much. However, I can definitely be serious when the circumstances require it. At times, I feel I’m not too good at taking care of people, especially when it comes to comforting emotional people. Usually, I just offer my company and ears, hoping it’s enough.

My hobbies include watching dramas and movies, playing video games, chilling with friends and SINGING. During senior year of high school, I visited KTV spots way too much, but I loved it. In fact, if there is one ideal job for me, it would be to be a singer. Sadly, that isn’t too realistic. I also love badminton and volleyball, thought I don’t get the chance to play much. Seeing as how I’m an IS Major, I work pretty well with electronics. In fact, I have built multiple desktop computers and steadily become a go-to person for computer problems.

I’ve taken piano lessons like the majority of Asian kids, but that skill has long left me. I’ve also tried my hand in modeling when I was younger, but that ended when my mom decided she’d rather me concentrate on my studies. The one thing that I’ve kept with me is my knowledge of the Chinese language. It is the only thing that I have stuck with since I was small and I guess I’m slightly proud of where I stand with it now. As for now, I am hoping to learn the guitar and maybe start a band somewhere throughout my college career.
