A man in a fantastic oversized skeleton costume was dancing outside the cultural center. I stopped to admire the costume, especially the five times human sized paper mache skull with a jaw that moved realistically. The skeleton saw me and I said "nice jaw." He put his arms around me and hugged me. I was a bit surprised, although the black of the costume was made of felt and was warm in the cool night air. As I moved away he continued to touch me with his three foot long bone fingers until some one else in the crowd caught his fancy. In the cultural center an "expert" was giving a lecture on the meaning of the Day of the Dead and showing a video tape. I was not in the mood. They had some alters set up for no one specifically and I was getting the munchies. I walked back down Mission to a Taceria and had a barrito and a Dos XX's which was confirmed to me as "one two ex's beer."
