Permanent Library (Requirements: Have a 47' x 50' gym along with library, and figure out how structure)

-In the site, I found abandoned schools, which shows a disconnect between the people and community. The purpose of my library is to help connect the people and the community by using the bookshelves.
The first way the bookshelves are used is by creating a rotation to respond to sunlight, which would control the amount of sunlight entering the building. Then the visitors can also rotate the shelves to fit their needs.
