City Link Mall

Based in Singapore, this project is part of the work done over the summer internship in 2010. The project had two specific areas that I worked on; the feature wall and entrance to the mall. My contribution to the project ranged from working on the design iterations for the feature wall, photoshopping of images and renderings, preparing reports to be presented to the client as well as working on the details. These two areas of focus work as nodes throughout the mall, attracting attention and making the mall more appealing and welcoming. The change in light quality also demarkates these areas as thresholds through this linear mall, de-emphasizing the linear quality of the mall, and giving the visitors and shoppers a place to relax.
