Currently this site is under construction. I'm slowly adding information about my school activities and projects I worked on at my previous jobs. Additionally my complete resume will be available for viewing, but an abridged version that I use at job fairs is available for now.
About Me
I am a somewhat geeky college student who loves a good joke about computer science algorithms, but not when my code isn't working :( It is no laughing matter. Eventually I hope to have a career that focuses on machine learning or data mining. In the meantime, I am working on becoming competent in those areas through my coursework and internship opportunities. I plan on attending graduate school after spending a few years in the working world to pursue a Masters degree in mathematics or statistics.
I enjoy reading and watching movies to relax. I am interested in traveling and thus I have spent the spring semester of my junior year studying abroad at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. I'm really lucky to have had the opportunity to live in a foreign country and to backpack across much of western Europe.
