We have reserved a block of rooms at two hotels in Harmarville, PA. These hotels are 3 miles away from the reception hall and we will have shuttles to transfer you to and from the reception.
Please NOTE --The Pittsburgh Marathon is taking place the same weekend. It tends to use up quite a few hotel rooms. Please DO NOT WAIT to book your rooms.
We have blocks of rooms reserved in our names at each of these hotels. Those blocks are only held until the date listed below. If you can get a better rate on an available room, please feel free to use it. There's no obligation to use these block reservations if you can do better -- you'll still be in the same place.
Also, there are other hotels in that area (e.g. Super 8 across the street, Comfort Inn on Gamma Drive in Fox Chapel is close, as is the SpringHill Suites at Pittsburgh Mills/Tarentum). However, while those hotels may offer shuttle service in the area, we were given reason to believe that their service on a Saturday night can include VERY long wait times.
We are running our own private shuttle bus service to the following two hotels only.
