My name is Chen Wang. I am a dual–PhD student in Network Management and Control at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP) with the CMU–Portugal Program. Before that, I received my master degree in Information and Signal Processing and bachelor degree in Information Science from Electrical and Information Science Institute in Xi'an Jiaotong University.
