Biography
I received my BA in Comparative Literature from the College of Wooster in 2008. In both my undergraduate studies and my work as peer tutor in Wooster’s writing center, I developed a passion for examining structural, rhetorical, and stylistic possibilities in writing. In the past year, I took a full-time position at the Wooster writing center, which allowed me to continue my one-on-one work with students while also gaining experience in web design, advertising, editing, and event planning. In my time at Carnegie Mellon, I hope to build upon many of these interests as I explore the MAPW program’s broad course offerings in writing, editing, and design.
