The Polymer Materials Group is interested in the fundamental organizing principles and structure-property relations of polymer, polymer-based hybrid as well as nanoparticulate materials with the aim to contribute to the solution of contemporary materials science and engineering challenges.

The group typically consists of material scientists, chemists and physicists and endeavors in experimental studies that typically involve synthesis, thorough structural and property characterization and to some extend model formulation and evaluation.
