Hello! :-) This site contains a simple log of my journey as a PhD student at CMU. More info about me can be found in my
personal website. My general interests are:
Advisor: Ignacio E. Grossmann
My PhD research can be classified into the area of Enterprise-Wide Optimization (EWO). More specifically, I am
interested in tackling large-scale integrated planning and scheduling problems and devise decomposition algorithms to solve them in practical computation
times. In addition, my research also focuses on enterprise reliability in which the production planning has to account for availability of raw materials, complete or partial
plants shutdown and uncertainty in demands.
