Project 1: Dance Contest |

In this project we programmed our Robosapien to dance with “It’s Time to Start” by the Blue Man Group. The actual dance was implemented by creating primitives and then having them repeat as necessary to fit the timing of the song. The primitives were made by specifying servo movements and wait times. While this part of the project was simple, the main difficulty was getting Netbeans setup to program the robot and figuring out how to work around certain commands in the API either causing the program to stop running or causing the robot’s actions to be unreliable. |
