Hi! My name is Annie Geng and I am a sophomore at Carnegie Mellon University studying Business Administration and Statistics. Prior to attending CMU, I spent one of my best summers in South Korea, studying abroad as part of the NSLI-Y program. The trip was very meaningful to me, as it had been my dream for a number of years to travel abroad to South Korea, and although there was a lot of uncertainty (as it was during the COVID-19 outbreak), I was finally able to realize my dream. I wanted to share some of my experiences with other people, and I hope it will inspire other people to travel abroad as well.
