How to rate a bad movie

Television is rife with bad action movies. But how to rate just how bad they are? Here are some scoring criteria that you, and Hollywood, may find useful.

-25   if there is an MST3K version of the film
-05   for every time someone runs past machine gun fire unscathed
-05   for each bazooka or rocket launcher
-15   for each helicopter stunt
-25   for casting Michael Ironsides as a military officer character
-30   for casting Don Wilson as any character
-10   if the hero is shot then someone asks him, "Are you OK?"
-20   if he says he's fine
-05   each time someone punches/kicks using an arm/leg that has a bullet wound
-10   each time someone is hit in the face by Chuck Norris's patented 8.3 second roundhouse kick
-15   for each bad guy who comes back to fight after the good guy thought he'd killed him
-05   if the hero wins the fight, despite having been struck repeatedly by a blunt metal object by his opponent(s) during the fight
-01   for each car that winds up on its roof
-15   for pausing when time is critical to confess their love
-10   for detonator timers that beep loudly as each second ticks by
-30   when the Bad Guy captures the Good Guy's girlfriend
-05   for huge computer fonts that can only fit 4 lines of text on an SVGA monitor
-50   for outrunning an explosion
-10   if yet again Steven Segal emerges without so much as a scratch on him
