Abby Clay Turner

Abby grew up in Portland, Oregon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Barnard College, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Oregon, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Policy and Economics at Carnegie Mellon University. Abby spent two years teaching high school math at Centennial High School in Gresham, Oregon. Her research interests include labor economics, specifically the economics of education. Personal interests include writing, reading, knitting, sewing, and crafting in general.
