Aaron Wise

I am a second year graduate student in the CMU-Pitt Compbio Program. My advisor is Ziv Bar-Joseph. My research interests lie in the intersection of machine learning and computational biology. Specific interests include time-series analysis of gene expression data and decoding gene regulatory networks.
