Scouting Report

Francois, like Chris Tamer, will never be considered an offensive powerhouse; however, he does posess some offensive skills when given the opportunity to display them. Francois, or Frank as he is often is called, is one of the best positional defensemen on the Penguins. He uses his size and strength to his advantage while playing a physical brand of hockey. Leroux can also throw punches with the best of them, but doesn't have to often with Tamer around.
