To propose Board Policy, email the policy to the Board at least 48 hours in advance
of the Board Meeting at which it will be discussed.
Board members are happy to help you prepare policy if you so desire.
2000-2001 Board of Directors
The description of the Technical Coordinator in the constitution shall
not be interpreted to mean that the Technical Coordinator is required to
fill techincal roles for productions. (Passed 7-0-1 4/29/2001)
1999-2000 Board of Directors
LASATER-99-2:
If Scotch ‘n’ Soda organizes and sponsors the production and sale of any items, the monetary particulars of the plan must be approved by the Managing Director if Scotch ‘n’ Soda is to be liable for the costs associated with these activities.
LASATER-99-1:
If any action(s) is/are to be taken during a performance/rehearsal that would break University safety policy, the Technical Director, Technical Coordinator, and Managing Director must be notified with sufficient time before the event. All Board Members must be notified before Board Preview. Pending the unanimous approval of these the action(s) must also be cleared by the proper University authorities.
1010-99B:
All Board Projects with public performances must have a Board Preview.
1010-99A:
On Requiring Tech Hours and Contracts for all Performances and Performance-Based Board Projects
