Annual Events
Harvest
InterVarsity's regional fall conference,
bringing together chapters from various campuses
on a weekend retreat of rest, worship, and
learning. Follow this link
for more information.
CrossCulture
InterVarsity's
regional spring conference. In contrast to
Harvest, this weekend retreat focuses more on
training students on campus outreach.
Urbana 09
At
Urbana 09 over 25,000 people will gather to
worship God and hear how he is using people to
accomplish his purposes throughout the world.
For sixty years, God has been using Urbana
conventions to change the lives of students and
to advance His Kingdom in our world. If you are
wondering how you might use your education,
skills, and resources to share the love of
Christ with people around the world, we warmly
invite you to come to Urbana 09!
MAC (Ministering
Across Cultures)
Spanning two separate weekends, MAC is a
resourceful training ground for students who
desire to learn cross culture ministries and/or
to relate to people of other ethnicities,
background and culture. A great eye-opener and
preparation especially for students who intend
to go on short- or long-term missions and
cross-cultural ministires.
Urban Plunge
Held in various inner
cities in the country during college Spring
Breaks, a Plunge is a week-long service and
learning stint about ministry to the poor and
lowly. Follow this
link
for more information.
Chapter FOCUS
Week (CFW)
Our regional CFW is held
every spring at Cedar Campus, Michigan. It is a
time where students in the chapter retreat from
campus for a week of reflection, worship,
learning, and planning for ministry efforts in
the next school year. Follow this
link
for more information.
