The Lower Youghiogheny River is one of the most impressive attractions at Ohiopyle State Park. As the river winds through our Pennsylvania mountains, the Class III & IV rapids will challenge the veteran river-runner but not over intimidate the novice rafter. There is a guide in your boat maneuvering the boat throughout the rapids. A deli-style lunch is provided during the rafting trip. Class I & II rapids:
This scenic, gentle float trip is along the Middle Youghiogheny River. It has playful rapids which provide fantastic fun for folks who just want to kick back and relax. Educational guides alongside the rafts enjoy sharing their knowledge of the area and river while providing a perfect setting for anyone wanting an introduction to white water. A deli-style lunch is provided during the rafting trip.
